Drainage & Regrade
In Western Washington, getting water to drain well is important. We are experts in drainage, regrade, french drains, and more.
Regrades
Regrading is the process of raising and/or lowering the levels of land. Reasons for regrading include:
- Allowing use of areas that were previously too steep.
- Changing drainage patterns.
- Improving the stability of terrain.
Drainage
A French drain or land drain is a ditch covered with gravel or rock that redirects surface and ground water away from an area. French drains are common drainage systems, primarily used to prevent ground and surface water from penetrating or damaging building foundations.
From stand-alone drainage systems, to drains that are tied into your existing stormwater control system, we have expertise in ensuring that your landscape isn’t threatened by heavy rains.
